These terms are designed to create a clear, supportive, and ethical experience for both of us. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following:
1. Nature of Services
All sessions, readings, and coaching with Cyndi are intended for personal growth, self-awareness, and energetic alignment. Cyndi combines intuitive guidance, Human Design insights, and Tarot to help you gain clarity and direction.
These sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Please consult the appropriate licensed professional for those matters.
2. Confidentiality
All information shared during your session and through intake forms is confidential. Your personal details or chart data will never be shared or used for marketing without your consent.
3. Payment & Booking
Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your session. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance using the link provided in your confirmation email.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or missed sessions are non-refundable.
If Cyndi needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a new time or a full refund.
5. Refund Policy
Because these sessions involve preparation and energetic work prior to the call, all sales are final once booked. If you experience technical issues or a true emergency, please reach out via email to discuss options for rescheduling.
6. Results Disclaimer
These sessions offer intuitive and energetic guidance. Outcomes are based on your own interpretation, free will, and personal application. Cyndi makes no guarantees of specific results or outcomes.
7. Energy Disclaimer
All intuitive and energetic readings are provided in good faith and are meant to empower you, not predict or dictate your future. You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and decisions following the session.
8. Consent
By completing your purchase, you consent to receive intuitive coaching, Human Design interpretation, and Tarot guidance as part of your session. You understand this is a collaborative and co-creative process intended for self-discovery and alignment.
